Our Hinesburg Vermont bed & breakfast is a quiet country spot close to Burlington. Area attractions include the Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Farms, Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Lake Champlain recreation path, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, the Church Street Marketplace, fabulous restaurants, University of Vermont (UVM), and other colleges. A leisurely walk down our quiet country road brings you to wildflowers, streams, a waterfall, and mountain views. Lush flower and vegetable gardens abound. Many of the herbs, fruits and vegetables in the gardens are gathered and used in special recipes, which may include pumpkin-gingerbread waffles, Belgian waffles with freshly picked strawberries, or lemon-blueberry pancakes. Whenever weather permits, breakfast will be served out on the back deck, offering guests a bird's-eye view of the waterfall.

Accommodations & Rates: 2 rooms with private bath ($105 per night-double occupancy), 1 room with shared bath ($70 per night-double occupancy). Includes use of hot tub (in season) with view to waterfall.
