As mentioned elsewhere on our site, we prefer personal contact. However, for your convenience, we post room availability here.

Our reservations availability page is updated frequently but it is not "real time". Please call or email to confirm availability, especially if the date is near.)

Reservations are recommended by telephone if possible. This also allows us to offer the kind of personal attention that brings guests to (and back to) our B&B, AND you can avoid losing your dates to another person while e-mail responses are "in transit." We cannot "hold" rooms.
